Service Description
Welcome to Mini Musicians! This 40 week curriculum used by many music teachers is designed to be a positive, creative and exploratory first introduction to music for 3-5 year olds in a group setting. The program incorporates piano playing and will provide great preparation for more traditional piano lessons, but it is also beneficial for children who will go on to study other instruments too as they will be exploring pitch, patterns and rhythm.

Cancellation Policy
MINI MUSICIANS ONE POLICIES Classes will run in blocks from 4 weeks up to 8 weeks depending on the time of year and how the classes fit with the school holiday calendar. The fee will be paid monthly at a rate of £10 per class and will be pro-rated depending on the number of weeks in each block. Siblings / Cousins will receive a 25% family discount Drop in classes will not be offered. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Refunds are not available for missed or cancelled classes by the student. If the teacher cancels a class a full refund for the individual session missed will of course be given. DURING THE CLASS SESSIONS Classes will run for approximately 30 mins This is a ‘drop off / pick up’ class, however if a parent / carer would like to stay for the start of the class until their child has settled this is absolutely fine. Within each class we will sing, listen to music, play the piano in turn and use safe, sensory percussion instruments and props to enhance our overall experience and encourage learning and creativity. All parents / carers will be asked to complete a photo / video waiver upon registration and no images or videos will be shared online without their consent. As a full member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians, Anna K Jarosz of Anna K Jarosz Music holds full public liability insurance which covers the weekly classes that take place in the Melrose Parish Church Hall. A certificate of proof of cover can be provided upon request. Anna holds a clear Child Disclosure Scotland Certificate & is up to date with basic first aid. A risk assessment of the premises will be conducted prior to the start of every new academic year.
